We recommend only considering business open at least 3 years to prove they are reputable and can complete a closing transaction successful.
We suggest only considering hiring a broker with at least 100 listings. Any less and their site is just less likely to attract a buyer for your contract.
When buyers are allowed to submit an offer allowing them to request the seller to pay these fees, in most cases sellers will compromise netting them less money at closing.
We recommend not be influenced by promotions or marketing gimmicks. Choose a Broker that will sell your membership in a reasonable amount of time netting the highest return on your investment.
When doing a google search, we suggest avoiding the paid advertising, A good broker does not need to pay Google to appear on the top of the page. Google will filter results trying to find the site that matches your request best.
