Third, we evaluate pricing transparency. We expect brokers to publish their commission rates, closing cost estimates, and title company fees upfront. Hidden fees are a red flag we take seriously. Fourth, we read verified customer reviews from Google, Trustpilot, and the BBB — not cherry-picked testimonials on a broker's own site. Fifth, we confirm licensing. Every broker who handles a Florida DVC resale transaction must hold a valid Florida real estate license, and we verify those licenses with the state. Sixth, we assess communication standards — how fast do they respond, do they assign dedicated agents, and what does the seller and buyer experience look like from start to finish?
